SUBMISSIONS

For EKSIG 2011, we invite papers which offer challenging new views on the subject. Papers will be selected subject to a double blind review process by an international review team. In the first instance we ask for the submission of abstracts. Authors of selected abstracts will be asked to submit full papers.

We invite the submission of abstracts of 800 words (including references) by 30 September 2010. Authors of selected abstracts will subsequently be invited to submit full papers (4000-5000 words) by 31 January 2011.

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

Abstracts should be 800 words in length, including title and references. At the end of your abstract please add 5 keywords. Submissions should be in English language. Author details should not be included in the abstract, but entered separately into the online submission system, including author name, institutional affiliation, postal address, email, and the title of the full paper.

The criteria for selection are:

•Relevance to the conference theme

•Quality and rigour of research

•Clarity of presentation i.e. the abstract should clearly specify research intent and conduct including the research questions or issues, the context in which it arises and has significance, the outline of the enquiry itself, and the outcomes.

For abstract submission through the conference system please click here.

We will accept only one abstract per lead researcher (although you may be a co-author on another submission).

If your abstract is selected, you will be invited to submit a full paper in January 2011. Full papers will be further reviewed for presentation at the conference. All papers selected for presentation at the conference will be published in the online conference proceedings and an abstract booklet with CD, which is the preferred format of the DRS. Papers that do not conform to the required format, however, may not be published.

As in past years, the organisers will collaborate with an appropriate journal to publish selected papers from the conference as a special issue.
